We received as many
as 1000 spam emails a day! 90% are deleted by a
spam filter.
Because of the total
number of spam e-mails we receive each and every day we
can no longer guarantee that your E-mail will be
seen. If you choose to email us - please understand any
email will an attachment or blank subject line will
automatically be deleted and NOT be opened.

filter and some important may be deleted by the spam

Buyer agrees to call
800-830-8660 to clarify and report problems with their
order. |

Prices [including shipping
charges] in our online store, as well as our store in
Denver, are subject to change without notice.
Store pick ups are subject to a 10% handling fee. |

NO orders are
processed on Friday - No orders are shipped or
processed on Shabbos and Sunday. Next Day
orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be
processed and shipped till Monday - Exception:
when a national or religious holiday falls on Monday.
Orders will processed on the next available day. |

NO orders are
processed on Jewish Holidays: such as Rosh HaShanah, Yom
Kippor, Shavuot, Tisha B'av, and delays in
processing may occur during Chanukah, Sukkah, Passover,
Purim, and/or on days that require candles to be lit and
the Torah requires that no work be done. |

All warrantees and
guarantees on products and books are with the
manufacturer or publisher. You may be directed to
return the product or book back to the manufacturer or
publisher for replacement.

Check Payments and Money Orders Policy: |

A: Check Payments and Money Orders -
orders are not processed until the check or Money
Order has been received and cleared the bank - please
allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and may take up to 8
weeks. Items are subject to availability and this
may cause a delay. By placing the order thought
the shopping cart and selecting the check or money order
option the buyer understands the products will NOT
be reserved [held] by MileChai or Aharon's Books and
Judaica until the check or money order payment arrives. |

B: Check Payments and Money Orders: That do
NOT contain complete information such as: Name,
Address, Telephone Number, Items ordered, and valid
e-mail address, or where the handwriting is non-legible
may not be processed. It is up to the buyer to
contact us with complete information. |

C: Shipping and Handing
- Check Payments and Money Orders that do not
contain proper shipping and handling will NOT be
processed. |
|
Non-Processed Check and
Money Orders:
Will not be returned your check or MO unless you
request and send a self-addressed stamped envelope.
We will only hold unprocessed checks and Money
Order for up to 90 days that contain invalid information
and could not be processed and such time has lapsed
checks and MO will be shredded. |
|
|
All returns are for
exchange or store credit only. You must return item
within 15 days of purchase and you are responsible for
related shipping charges. Notice must be given
within five (5) days of receipt of item if it arrives
damaged. Kippot are NOT returnable unless damaged.
Colors and Pattern may vary slightly Also colors may
vary in the photography process and computer monitor
settings and video resolution. Any item that is
returned for exchange or store credit is subject to a
20% to 30% restocking fee minus shipping and handling.

Certain items are NOT
refundable or returnable unless damaged -- all
products that have kosher issues [kiddush cups, K'deirah
Blechs, Shofars, Knives, etc. or are time related like:
Jewish Holiday items, or items that are worn like
tzitzis and tallis.
Black Hats and Kippot are nonreturnable - please
make sure of the size before you buy. Mezuzah parchments
and tefillin - our standards of halacha for these
products are of the highest level. Once a parchment is
rolled, or tefillin are opened, we can not assume any
responsibility for returns. |

Shipping is NOT
Guaranteed - There is no refund or exchange for
shipping delays beyond our control. USPS does NOT
guarantee priority shipping. Overnight shipping
may NOT be guaranteed to certain places. We are
not responsible for any delays or late arrivals on over
night shipping or priority shipping. We are
NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused
by holidays, union or non-union strikes, or the month of
December.
Next Day delivery
for items ordered on Friday through Sunday will not go
out till Tuesday. We are closed on all Jewish
Holidays.
Items lost in Shipment - buyer has 30 days
from time of shipment to notify us that the product has
been not been delivered and is presumed lost in the
delivery - beyond 40 days: there is NO refund for lost
orders unless the shipper covers such loss.
