Dear on-line customers, we need accurate credit card information, phone numbers, email addresses, and ship address to process your order.  Phone calls are only answered during store hours - please be aware we are also a store open to the public, please leave a message. 

If you have a question about your order please leave a time for us to call you back.

Orders are generally process in 3 to 4 days excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday - depending on availability of some item it may take up to 10 to 30 days. For example if your order was placed on Friday - the earliest your order can be process is Wednesday. Majority of all the product we carried are made in Israel or the company is located in Israel.

All orders must have a day time phone number that we can reach you. If you call and leave a message please leave your name and phone number. Please make sure all the information you provided us is accurate.

We receive over 1000 spam emails a day - if you email us and do not hear back - your message was probably deleted by spam blocker. We will not answer email addresses that require us to register with you ISP.

MileChai is apart Aharon's Books and Judaica of Denver, Colorado. If we do not answer the phone it is because we are with customers or on the phone - we answer the phone Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 5:30 MST and Fridays and Sunday from 9 am to 12 pm - No phone calls are answered on Shabbat and Yom Tovim.

Overnight orders may take up to 48 hour to process - please call if you need the item shipped that day.

2 or 3 day shipping means just that - the order still has a processing time of 3 to 4 days and will be shipped 2 or 3 day according to your request.
