Jewish Museum
Address Book
Forty images from the Fine Arts and Judaica collections of The
Jewish Museum (New York City) appear in this extraordinary address
book. Spanning almost four hundred years, these prints and
drawings range from a topographical map of Jerusalem, c. 1575, to
Marc Chagall’s 1966 "Burning Bush." Selections of Jewish
ceremonial art include fabulous ketubbot (marriage contracts) from
Italy, Persia, and the United States; shivitis and mizrahs
(wall-hung plaques used during prayer); and Purim and Sukkot
decorations.
Our deluxe address books are hardbound with a hidden spiral
binding that allows them to lie absolutely flat. Forty full color
reproductions complement information pages with room for 480
names, addresses, home and business telephone numbers, cell/pager,
and e-mail addresses. A lovely gift. Shipped individually
shrink-wrapped for safety.
