Elul is a appropriate
time to reflect on our actions and attitudes of pervious
year, and reslove to correct shortcomings. |

During this month, we have
our Mezuzot and Tefillin checked, study more Torah, give
additional charity and pray with more feeling.
After paayers each morning (except Shabbat), it is
customary to blow the shofar. |
